what you'll need:
clip on earrings or dress clips or shoe clips
a necklace with some width -- I used a brass mesh necklace but you could use something as simple as a piece of ribbon
step 1:
open the clip on jewelry
step 2:
position clip on jewelry on necklace. I chose to place the hinged portion of the clip on jewelry at the top side of the necklace so that there is less of a chance that the clip on jewelry will slip off while you're wearing the necklace
step 3:
ready to wear and easy to modify
